SightFusion connects a commercially available digital camera to a tablet to capture images while checking the optimal overlap rate for measuring cracks. The captured images are automatically stitched together on-site. It can be optimally used for bridge piers, deck slabs, and more. 【STEP1】 Crack Imaging Software: Capture By controlling the digital camera through the software, you can perform imaging suitable for crack measurement. The results are stitched in real-time on the software, allowing you to proceed while checking the overlap situation, which helps to minimize missed shots. 【STEP2】 Automated Crack Measurement Web Service: Inspection By uploading the captured images, automatic processing of image stitching begins. In addition to crack detection using AI, additional editing of cracks can also be performed online as needed, making it economical as no special PC is required for image processing. 【STEP3】 The final crack and stitched images obtained can be exported in DXF/DWG or CSV format for use as results outside the system.
